What dates do you run debit orders on?
At the time of registration, we will charge a pro-rata debit order for the balance of the calendar month. Thereafter debit orders will be on the first business day of the month. Unfortunately, at this point no other dates are available.

The changes I've made (or the ones you said you made) don't seem to have taken effect

This will invariably be resolved by refreshing your browser (Ctrl + F5). This is also applicable to new images that have been uploaded.

In some cases where refreshing your browser (as above) does not work, the problem could be caused by arriving at the page from a Google Search. See more info on this here

I can't change some of the info I need to change

Certain fields of information on your listing can only be changed by our Admin, for example, your First Name and Surname and Search Results Area. In these cases please email your changes to: team@findaprofessional.co.za

My profile appears to have strange formatting in the text including strange characters

This is invariably caused by copying and pasting text from Microsoft Word into the large text fields such as "Qualifications" and "Experience". If you need to paste from ms Word please use the "W" button as indicated in the instructions next to the relevant text box. If this does not work, please email us team@findaprofessional.co.za and we will rectify on our side. For new registrations, we check and correct formatting before activating your profile out of "Preview" mode.

Can I add more than one area to my listing?

Yes, you can add as many areas as you wish. For every new area that you add, your profile will additionally show in our search results for that area. You need not register a second time - we will make the change on our side (see below). Please note though that each new area will entail a new subscription fee.  Get a Quote.

Can we add more people from our firm?
Each listing is under one person's name as the representative of that firm. We have done this intentionally as we have found that this "personalised" approach works far better. If you want to add new people so that they have their own profiles you may do so. The firm name will be the same, the firm's website address, and on each person from the firm's profile page, there will be a new section "Other members of this firm" with links. If all the members of a firm are listed in the same area, they will all appear individually in that area's search results. For example: If there are 3 members of your firm in Durban, your firm will appear 3 times in Durban search results. Each new member will entail a new monthly listing fee. Get a Quote. Each new member will need to complete a new online registration, but where the details are the same (eg. address and phone numbers) we will populate these from our side.
