ADDING MORE PEOPLE FROM YOUR FIRM

Every listing on our website is associated with a single person or representative of that firm. We have done this intentionally as we have found that this "personalised" approach works far better. If you want to add more people from your firm so that they have their own profile page you may do so - each new person is a new listing.

ADVANTAGES

  • Say, for example, your firm is based in Johannesburg. If you have a single person from your firm listed, when somebody searches for a professional in Johannesburg one person will come up in the search results page. If you have two people two will come up giving you double exposure (the same applies to 3, 4, etc.)
     
  • On each person's profile page a new section will appear : OTHER MEMBERS OF THIS FIRM - on which all members will be linked. This boosts the image of the firm.
     
  • We also offer discounts for more than one person from the same firm.
     

ACTIVATING YOUR FIRM PAGE

Over and above adding new firm members (as spelt out above), you can also activate a listing for the firm Itself.  In addition to your Individual Page you get your own firm page where you can put your company logo and link other members of your firm if you wish. This doubles your real estate on our site. The Page is already made - no input required from you - you can see it by logging in and going to the EDIT FIRM PAGE tab in the top menu.

NEXT STEPS

There are 3 ways you can add your new member:

 

1) ONLINE REGISTRATION

The new member can register online. (Attorneys HERE | Accountants HERE | Financial Advisors HERE)

For payment method they must select EFT, and once we've identified that they're in the same firm we will either add the additional cost to your existing monthly debit order or send you an invoice for the new amount if you would prefer to pay for 12 months in advance. 

For all fields of the application form that are the same as the existing member of the firm, they can just put "as per other member".

2) COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORMS AND FAX / EMAIL THEM TO US.
